Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Validation Specialist to ensure compliance with validation and qualification standards across sterile manufacturing operations. The role will provide technical leadership, oversee validation protocols, and uphold cGMP standards with a strong focus on sterile liquid injectable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review validation activities for autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, clean utilities, equipment, environmental monitoring, and cleaning processes.
Ensure compliance with requalification schedules and the Validation Master Plan.
Prepare and approve validation documentation (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT, VQ, etc.).
Apply regulatory knowledge (FDA, ISPE, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) to support site compliance.
Mentor team members and support training in validation best practices.
Independently manage complex validation projects and timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Mandatory experience with sterile injectable products.
Hands-on validation execution for autoclaves, media fills, and cleaning validation.
Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills.
Proficient with computerized systems and validation equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
