Job Description:
We are looking for a QA IT Lead with strong experience in leading QA efforts for core banking projects. This role is critical during the pre-project phase, with the potential for extension into the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA strategy and execution for the project.
Design and develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios tailored to core banking systems.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables and drive defect management processes.
Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members (if any).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA Lead, ideally in banking or financial services.
Deep understanding of core banking systems and associated testing methodologies.
Strong skills in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
Ability to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
