This role is essential in maintaining and improving our quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Manufacturing Quality to meet customer needs and company goals.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing Quality Control processes.
Define and communicate clear quality targets, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Manage QC inspections at customer sites during commissioning until customer buy-off.
Monitor supplier quality and ensure seamless customer approvals.
Oversee data collection and analysis to track and improve manufacturing quality.
Evaluate manufacturing feasibility with a focus on Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and customer satisfaction.
Manage non-conformances (NC) and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and support Quality Inspectors, CMM Technicians, and SMX Operators.
Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing hiring, performance, and training.
Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee accurate time and work order management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing quality management.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, data analysis, and process improvement.
Experience leading teams and driving quality initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
