We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in SEI SWP Platform testing and Banking & Financial Services applications. The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end testing activities, manage onsite/offshore QA teams, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant software solutions.
Essential Skills
Mandatory experience with SEI SWP Platform
Extensive hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum testing methodologies
Proven track record in Test Management / Test Lead roles, particularly in onsite environments
Strong domain knowledge of Banking and Financial Services
Desirable Skills:
Experience with test automation frameworks, including:
- Selenium
- TestComplete
- Cypress
Ability to identify and prioritize automation candidates for regression and smoke testing
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines from a QA and quality‑governance perspective
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
Background working in large‑scale enterprise or highly regulated environments
