Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to allocate project resources and meet quality objectives on-site and off-site.
Implement quality strategies, goals, and procedures aligned with contract requirements.
Develop and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure inspections of completed works are conducted.
Manage quality-related deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.
Oversee the use of relevant digital platforms for construction quality tracking.
Audit construction and vendor/subcontractor work, raising and resolving non-conformances as needed.
Review and monitor project deliverables, including work/test packs, to verify adherence to quality standards.
Generate and manage quality reports, KPIs, and documentation in line with company systems.
Provide guidance to the quality team and support the resolution of quality issues to prevent recurrence.
Undertake all other reasonable duties as required, ensuring compliance with traceable guiding documents.
Qualification:
Degree in QA/QC or a related discipline.
Experience with relevant IT systems and digital construction platforms.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Previous experience in similar roles on comparable projects.
Ability to train and mentor operational and QA/QC teams using various tools and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report and correspondence writing.
