Position Type- Fulltime, Onsite (Alternate office in hybrid)
You’ll manage a QA team, develop and execute test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a QA team, defining and implementing test strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts (manual and automated).
Oversee automation processes and evaluate testing tools.
Manage test execution, track progress, and report defects.
Identify and mitigate quality risks and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate testing results and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Expertise in manual and automated testing.
Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
Strong experience with Playwright with Typescript or JavaScript.
Postman for API testing and Post Bot.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
