THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to departmental standards.

Supervise, train, and support team members, including Guest Room Attendants and House Persons, to ensure high-quality service and performance.

Distribute workloads fairly and effectively among team members to maintain balance and productivity.

Conduct daily briefings and meetings to communicate priorities, schedules, and expectations.

Ensure guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and locker areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Complete detailed written inspections of guest rooms daily in line with departmental guidelines.

Perform regular visual inspections of rooms and public spaces to monitor cleanliness and service levels.

Track team productivity and report any performance issues or areas of concern to the Executive Assistant Housekeeper.

Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as needed while offering consistent feedback to team members on their job performance and guest service delivery.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Has 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.

1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Hotel Management.

Is Bilingual.

Has organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, within established deadlines and attention to detail.
