We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to lead a team of QA engineers, improve testing practices, and help ensure high-quality product delivery. This role combines hands-on leadership, manual and automation testing, QA process development.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support QA engineers, helping the team grow and continuously improve.
- Write, maintain, and improve automated tests using modern automation frameworks.
- Use modern AI-assisted tools to improve QA team productivity.
- Perform manual testing where needed and ensure strong manual QA practices across releases.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure product quality early in the development lifecycle.
- Define QA standards and quality metrics.
- Use test management tools to track defects and create dashboards.
- Identify quality risks, testing gaps, and opportunities to improve confidence in delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of QA experience, including both manual and automated testing, with at least 1-2 years leading engineers.
- Hands-on test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Ability to design practical test strategies.
- Good understanding of manual QA best practices, test case design, exploratory testing, regression testing, and release validation.
- Interest in modern QA tooling, including AI-assisted testing, test generation, debugging, reporting, and productivity tools.
- Experience with API testing, accessibility testing, or security testing basics.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
