- gUtility experience is NICE to have, but NOT required – just helps to understand the product they’re developing and the business mode
- lMust know entire testing lifecycle; integrated testing, user testing, etc
- .ERP: any ERP experience is fine, nothing specifically translates to their system

TTeam Size: Manage a 20 person resource team, mixed on shore and offshore model. This person would manage a couple hundred test cases. We will be there to guide them and see what the test plan is and the building of the test cases and the test scripts. There is an existing warehouse repository from previous work, we have a rinse and repeat program we built: Plan is to take the warehouse of test cases we have and validate them against the business and then fit those requirements, as necessary

DELIVERABLE
S:This hire will build a plan, say by week 1 we want xyz done, week 2 etc. and then they are to manage to that execution and report daily to say if they’re on target or behind. However, the test lead isn’t responsible for executing the test, just communication of where they’re a
