We are hiring Quality Assurance Lead – Customer Communications to join one of our major clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all customer communication templates as they are designed in the new brand template, including the logic developed for each templates, and any other strategies developed as part of the airline’s email communications rebranding project. This role involves rigorous testing of email templates, ensuring they render correctly across all email clients and devices, and aligning with the new brand guidelines
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including email marketing or digital communications
Proven experience in testing email templates across multiple email clients and devices
Required Skills
Strong understanding of email design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the airline or travel industry.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
