Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of comprehensive testing plans
• Execute both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Manage defect resolution and documentation
• Review project specifications for testing coverage
• Prepare and guide UAT sessions with stakeholders
Requirements:
• 8+ years of QA experience, including leadership
• Experience with automated testing and version control
• Strong knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in SQL for data validation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
