Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead quality initiatives in a dynamic technical environment?
Our client is a next generation semiconductor company who is now seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and enhance quality systems, support continuous improvement, and drive excellence.
In this Quality Manager role, you will:
Oversee, maintain and combine the Quality Management System (ISO9001)
Lead a small team of quality-focused professionals.
Define and maintain operating procedures and support the development of work instructions.
Implement continuous improvement activities using methodologies like Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
Conduct internal audits and manage external audits, including certifications and client reviews.
Develop quality KPIs and control strategies.
Promote a culture of quality through training and collaboration across teams.
Requirements for the Quality Manager:
Strong Semiconductor QMS experience.
Fluent in French & English
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and familiarity with other automotive standards (e.g., VDA6.3, IATF 16949).
Hands-on experience with continuous improvement techniques.
Proven ability to lead audits and ensure compliance with quality frameworks.
