Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in digital solutions? We’re seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead, innovate, and drive excellence for our client, a leading University.
This is a permanent opportunity with occasional visits to the London office (2/3 days per month)
42 Days annual leave per year
up to 20% pension scheme
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead a new testing function to support Project Teams and Product Squads.
Develop and implement comprehensive QA frameworks for systems.
Oversee the design, execution, and maintenance of test plans to ensure top performance and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing processes with strategic technology objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in a QA leadership role focused on CRM/ERP systems
Proven ability to develop and execute successful QA strategies.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins).
Experience with test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
