Agentic Quality Lead / Manager – Tech for Good
Oliver Bernard are currently working with a Tech for Good client of ours who are looking to take on an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager to drive their Quality Engineering team towards a ‘Quality as a Service’ model and integrate / embed their processes into broader centralised Quality function.
The incoming profile will need to have experience from a technical leadership perspective, and be able to drive Quality best practices to the extent that it removes their QA Engineers from Product teams and creates a self-sufficient and Autonomous Quality function that is comfortable on its own two feet – without reliance on other teams across the business.
To be suitable for this position, the following expertise is required:
- Experience building Agentic Quality platforms to drive efficiencies across engineering teams (with prior experience developing and driving AI workflows)
- Background as a technical QA / SDET, with prior experience writing clean code and developing test automation frameworks with Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Playwright
- Must have prior experience designing Test Architecture, and driving how this is implemented business-wide
- Strong people management experience, comfortable managing a teams and helping empower engineers to upskill and develop in their careers
- Able to drive a QA strategy and successfully implement roadmaps
- Stakeholder friendly and comfortable communicating with various different teams across the business
This is able to offer €80-100K for the right profile, and is a remote first position with the occasional visit to European offices.
