Gundersen Health System is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Revenue Cycle Insurance Follow-up Manager, focusing on assessing and enhancing training needs and materials. You will conduct ongoing competency evaluations and audits of workflow policies for various roles, collaborating closely with supervisors to provide valuable feedback and training for both new hires and existing staff. This position requires a high level of independence, as well as the ability to navigate complex assignments with discretion and sound judgment. What You’ll Do:
Conduct audits of department policies and workflow procedures for over 100 employees within the Revenue Cycle.
Facilitate the maintenance and updates of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and monitoring revision dates in collaboration with leadership.
Generate weekly staff production reports for supervisors to provide feedback and education.
Develop and implement training programs for new employees and address issues identified through auditing.
Collaborate with supervisors to identify and deploy tools and resources that support employee performance and maintain ongoing competency reviews.
What’s Available:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks
Monday – Friday, no weekends
Onsite Location: Onalaska, WI
Remote eligible after completion of training

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalency
Background in insurance follow-up and EPIC is a plus!
