Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QMS improvements, compliance, and continuous improvement within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage audits, compliance initiatives, and corrective action processes
- Drive quality metrics, process improvements, and root cause analysis efforts
- Support supplier quality, customer concerns, and manufacturing quality initiatives
- Develop and mentor quality team members
- Partner with operations to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance performance
Qualification
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
- 3+ years of experience leading quality teams
- Background in electronics manufacturing required
- Experience with ISO 9001 and regulated industry standards (IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485 preferred)
- Knowledge of quality tools including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred
