Experience with in medical device manufacturing is essential.
Basic salary is around $100,000 but is negotiable + excellent benefits
Responsibilities
Completing work on Quality Manual for Certification
Conduct and supervise internal audits
Conduct quarterly management review meetings and present KPIs.
Streamline processes for efficiency
Write SOPs as per ISO
9001 for quality and safety processes
Assemble daily data analysis of production fall out
Analyze trends in production failures
Capture customer and supplier OTD data
Conduct CAPA investigations
Conduct ISO training
Conduct all onboarding and visitor safety presentations
Conduct Risk Assessments on all machines
Conduct production incident investigations using the Fishbone and the 5 Whys
Conduct regular quality requirements training with all employees.
