Job Title: Mobile App QA Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mobile App QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing mobile applications across multiple platforms, including Android and iOS. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the highest quality in every release, conducting manual and automated tests, identifying issues, and contributing to the creation of a seamless user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in mobile application testing (manual and automated) for both iOS and Android platforms.
Familiarity with mobile testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, Selenium, etc.
Strong understanding of mobile OS (iOS and Android) and mobile-specific issues (e.g., performance, memory leaks, security).
Knowledge of mobile app development processes and SDLC.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
Solid understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and automated test frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance testing and analysis for mobile applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
Experience in working with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of security testing for mobile apps.
Exposure to cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments.
