We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts and support employee training at our facility.

What You’ll Do:
As our Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established standards and ISO requirements. You’ll also take the lead on employee training in inspection and quality techniques. Responsibilities include:
Product Quality Checks – Inspect and measure components after manufacturing to ensure conformance to specifications.
Precision Measurement – Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
Visual & Functional Testing – Detect visual or mechanical defects in product batches.
Data & Documentation – Record inspection results accurately and analyze trends in quality metrics.
Equipment Checks – Perform functional testing of production equipment and verify calibration where needed.
Team Communication – Report quality issues promptly and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Training Program Leadership – Develop, organize, and lead hands-on training for new hires and cross-training efforts.
Continuous Improvement – Participate in root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and ISO audit prep.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing setting
Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation
Comfortable using precision measurement instruments
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Leadership experience in training or mentoring others is a plus
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with thermocouples, wire assemblies, or electrical components
Previous participation in internal audits or quality system improvements
Basic proficiency in Excel or data logging software

Pay: $18.00 – $25.76 per hour
