Quality Assurance Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:
Creating, reviewing, and approving SOPs as well as implementing and managing change controls, deviations and CAPAs.
Providing accurate documentation, as required by the individual elements of the QMS.
Supporting the Trading Entity Compliance group to ensure related GxP activities are compliant.
Contributing to the implementation and maintaining of a quality management system.
Being responsible for the effective handling of relevant customer complaints as well as obtaining the approval of suppliers and customers.
Ensuring self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged programme and necessary corrective measures are put in place.
Your experience/knowledge:
Proven experience in GDP, distribution, warehousing, transportation or equivalent.
Expertise in global regulations relating to GDP, licensing, imports/exports and controlled drug/substance compliance.
Well-versed with making decisions on GxP/pharmaceutical activities to ensure regulatory compliance of trading licenses and local regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of industry and business, applicable legislation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Scientific Degree in a relevant field.
Language skills:
English – fluent in written and spoken, German conversational.
Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to details combined with a customer oriented mindset.
