This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role located in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
Development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods.
Provide full-time, on site supervision for the construction process and to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site, and that the requirements of the construction contract are followed.
Prepare and negotiate Terms and Conditions of Consultancy Service Agreements.
Prepare Condition of Contracts for Construction.
Review and assess contractor’s time and money claims
Project Management
Building and retaining relationships of trust with our clients, colleagues and business partners
Liaising with and advising the client on construction, quality and progress.
Manage project to meet time constraints and control team costs and invoicing.
Coordinate and make sure the execution of construction works as specify in contract documents, construction specifications and construction drawings.
Determined acceptability of contractor’s construction practices and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.
Assure that works are executed in conformity with drawings, specifications and other contract documents.
Ensured all certifications as stipulated by the contract documents were received and approved.
Inspect and approve contractors work and assure adherence to contract documents.
Monitor contractor progress and maintain thorough working knowledge of contract documents.
Review contract documents to understand deliverables.
Oversee working of all engineering personnel and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress report
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
Proven experience as a QAQC Manager
15+total years of experience (10 years in Dubai)
5+ years experience on Residential projects
Experience working with Consultancy firms is a must
