We are small 40+ staff now, but growing company, with room for growth and opportunities, with a great company culture. We manufacture a range of products primarily in the coffee cleaning, machine care, and coffee products, for which we export worldwide.

We are constantly developing new products and introducing new lines, you wont be micro managed so need to be driven and self-motivated.

We are looking for a hands on, detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. The quality control manager understands the companies and customer’s needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams. Also

To be successful as a quality control manager, you should have excellent communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data.

Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC) Team Management: QC Team Management includes conducting daily meetings, ensuring process sheets are up to date, monitor raw, intermediate and finished goods. Verifying calibration of equipment, reviewing product check sheets, updating logbooks, confirming analytical testing, addressing quality issues, training staff, and managing overtime. Manage a team of 4 people, 2 for housekeeping and 2 for Quality control

Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities: QA Responsibilities involve implementing the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, developing SOPs, integrating company policies, enhancing workflow, ensuring cGMP compliance, managing waste, overseeing Halaal certification, maintaining equipment logs, conducting training, managing change systems, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, ensuring continual improvement in processes

Housekeeping & Hygiene Compliance: Housekeeping & Hygiene Compliance includes ensuring daily cleaning plans are followed, conducting random inspections, overseeing deep cleaning operations, and ensuring adherence to HACCP procedures.

Product Development & Innovation: Product Development & Innovation includes working on new product development, managing product test systems, providing test result insights, and refining testing methods.

Health & Safety Management: Health & Safety Management involves providing training on workplace risks, educating employees on safety responsibilities, training on PPE, maintaining MSDS, handling incidents, and ensuring safety compliance in the production area.

Quality Control Manager Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in science or business-based programs.

Previous experience in production or manufacturing.

Chemical engineering or chemical work experience preferential

Experience in business administration may be advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, legal and ISO standards

Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Good technical and IT skills.
