A Quality manager who capable of managing testing the software using latest tools and technologies. Will be responsible for manage the process of analyze and prepare test cases and suggest the new features, document, and test software and software components, in both backend and frontend technologies.
Responsibilities
IT Management 20%
Working closely with IT project managers, database programmers and web developers.
Policies and Procedures 60%
Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using moral judgment.
Writing and implementing efficient test cases.
Testing and evaluating new programs.
Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
Test, maintain, and recommend test cases improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry
Reporting and document Control 20%
Thoroughly document all test cases and communicate with development team.
Qualifications
8 – 15 years related experience.
Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.
Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
Educational Qualification – MCA/MSc(cs)/B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech
