- Monitor and improve the overall quality rating of agricultural products through customer feedback and internal assessments
- Maintain a high level of compliance with industry regulations and certifications, with minimal incidents of non-compliance
- Continuously reduce the defect rate by implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Achieve a 95% or higher success rate in both internal and external quality audits
- Decrease the cost of poor quality by identifying and addressing quality-related issues efficiently
- Evaluate and improve the performance of the quality assurance team based on established performance metrics
- Maintain complete and accurate records of quality control procedures, tests, and inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
- Proven experience 10 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of agricultural processes, quality standards, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of agricultural product testing methodologies
- Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems
