Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and plans.
Create and update quality documentation including control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Use statistical tools and methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to enhance process capabilities.
Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements.
Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality reviews.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for management and clients.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and test results.
Ensure compliance with all ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other applicable standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation, and addressing findings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in quality management systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with all levels of the company.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
