The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
What Tou'll Do:
- Managing the project quality from start to finish.
- Manage a team of quality personnel and engineers that perform field inspections.
- Execute QA/QC meetings.
- Maintain a live deficiency log.
What qualifies you:
- 3+ years' relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Experience with mission critical, semiconductor, oil and gas, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
