QA Test Manager
Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing efforts for a large-scale enterprise application initiative.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Lead manual, integration, regression, UAT, and data validation testing efforts
- Coordinate testing activities across business, development, and QA teams
- Track defects, manage test execution, and provide status reporting
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
Required Skills
• 7+ years of QA/Test Management experience supporting enterprise applications
• 7+ years of manual testing experience, including test planning and execution
• Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI
• Experience with integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, UFT, or similar testing tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC, defect management, and quality assurance best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
• SQL and database validation experience
• Experience with ALM/Test Management tools
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, web services, and system integrations
• Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environmen
