The team at Kariera.gr is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager on behalf of a large manufacturing company located in the area of Oinofyta.
The ideal candidate will lead the Quality Assurance team, improving processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and promote quality throughout all stages of production, ensuring product excellence and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality in accordance with international standards/requirements.
Organize, manage, and lead the Quality Assurance team.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve and maintain high-quality standards.
Train and support production teams in quality processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and products to increase effectiveness and quality.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
Experience in the food industry is preferred.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a team (10 people) and collaborate with other department teams.
Knowledge of ISO management systems and certifications.
Willingness to learn and gradually take on a leadership role in the department.
Ability to take initiative and drive change implementation.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
