Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and enhance the quality assurance strategy, processes, and systems across product development. Responsibilities include quality standards, creating and maintaining testing protocols, identifying and resolving defects, collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, and mentoring the QA team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- ~2 years experience in Quality Management, Audit, and Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, defect identification, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Chemical, or Quality Management.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
