Develop, implement, and maintain the quality assurance processes and best practices within the organization.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
