Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing the quality system in the company's factories
- Adapting the organization to ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC standards
- Adapting the organization to the requirements of the authorities (Ministry of Health, etc.)
- Updating and changing work instructions and procedures
- Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system
- Responsibility for implementing standards
- Leading external audits
- Managing a quality assurance team
- Responsibility for the quality control system – laboratory and maintaining product quality
- Working with the company's customers and handling customer complaints
- A coherent and broad quality concept
- Leading processes
- Knowledge of regulation
Qualifications:
- Degree in quality engineering/ industry/ chemistry/ food – required.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity and experience in food and plastic/ packaging/ contract food factories.
- Familiarity and work with ISO 9001, HACCP – required, BRC – required.
- Very good English – mandatory (technical English required).
- Experience as a quality manager in industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing a team of employees is preferred – there are subordinates in this role.
