About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function across multiple products and projects.You will be responsible for building and improving QA processes, leading the QA team, managing testing activities, ensuring release readiness, and driving continuous improvement to reduce production defects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy and standards.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare and review test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
- Lead, mentor and manage the QA team.
- Establish effective defect management and tracking processes.
- Monitor critical defects, defect leakage and recurring issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major production issues.
- Manage QA readiness and provide QA sign-off for releases.
- Define release entry and exit criteria.
- Drive test automation and improve testing efficiency.
- Oversee API, database and data validation testing.
- Coordinate performance, security and compatibility testing when required.
- Work closely with Product, BA, Development, UI/UX, DevOps, Support and Operations teams.
- Establish QA metrics and provide management with visibility into product quality and release risks.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Software QA / Software Testing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead / QA Manager.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Strong experience in functional, regression and integration testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong defect and release management experience.
- Experience in API testing.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Strong understanding of web application testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
