What This Role Will Focus On
- Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy and processes
- Lead and mentor QA teams across projects
- Oversee manual and automated testing efforts
- Ensure product quality across functionality, performance, and security
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish testing frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Track quality metrics and continuously improve processes
- Identify risks early and ensure timely resolution
Skills & Experience Required
- 6–10 years of experience in quality assurance and testing
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing
- Knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of performance and security testing is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setup
