Key Performance Indicators
NPD/ Existing Bearing
Participate in new product development activity, and identify risk, ensure APQP compliance
-To collect, collect 17 PPAP documents of existing bearing sizes.
-Sharing of consolidated documents to sales KAM/ customer
Sample/ NPD inspection and report submission to Program management / sales KAM
Layout inspection
Plan & execute the Layout inspection report generic/ customer specific
Share with customers as per plan
Internal System Audit NCR
-Maintaining quality records (PPAP & Layout Inspection)
-In case of NCR in Internal System Audit, close NCR in time.
NCR closure in timeline.
Study for bench marking
-Checking accuracy/ rotational parameters on receipt of New /other makes product.
-Checking parameters for preparing standards like torque or noise.
-Benchmarking with NBC to plan & execute different study for bench marking/ Business excellence.
Endurance testing
-To make a testing plan and send it to the testing Plan.
-Analysis of testing report.
– Make and share improvement.
Project on System Improvements & Reduction in Rejection
-Complete the project by using problem solving tool for improving quality by reducing internal rejection/ system improvement.
Customer specific requirement
Joint inspection activity with customer to ensure product Quality & reliability

- Managing internal stakeholders during multiple development and customer delivery crisis.
- Manage the inspection of part during development without 100% development
