Elevate Textiles is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control initiatives at their textile manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage lab testing, lead a dedicated team, and implement continuous improvements to ensure the highest production standards. What You’ll Do:
Lead quality control and lab testing operations for a high-volume textile yarn manufacturing facility.
Manage multiple lab facilities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of lab technicians and quality control staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to resolve production issues effectively.
Implement process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Analyze production and testing data, making informed decisions to maintain superior quality standards.
Train and guide teams on best practices for quality control and testing protocols.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in textile manufacturing quality management, particularly in yarn production and lab testing.
Strong knowledge of textile testing methods, quality audits, and process optimization techniques.
Experience leading and managing quality teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Proficient in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Certifications in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Quality Management.
Hands-on experience with testing equipment like tensile testers, yarn evenness testers, and moisture meters.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
