- Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process end-to-end across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes; tracking issuance, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and formal closeout
- Conduct independent quality audits, inspections, and hold point witness activities across all active construction and commissioning areas
- Review and approve material submittals, technical data sheets, third-party test certificates, and equipment FAT documentation on behalf of the PMC
- Maintain the quality risk register and report quality performance metrics, NCR status, audit findings, and outstanding quality holds to the Project Director and client team
- Coordinate quality inputs across civil, structural, MEP, BMS, and commissioning workstreams to ensure full quality integration throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the compilation and review of final quality handover documentation including the Master Record Book (MRB), quality dossiers, test packs, and all closeout documentation required for operational handover

- Proven experience leading MEP quality assurance and control on large-scale data centre, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects for a PMC, main contractor, or client-side organisation
- Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001, ITP development, NCR management, root cause analysis, and quality audit frameworks across MEP disciplines
- Experience managing quality across multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing workstreams on fast-track, complex construction programmes
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple contractors and subcontractors to a consistently high quality standard across all phases of the project
- Fluent English required; Swedish or Norwegian advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- 10+ years MEP quality management experience on mission-critical, data centre, or similar projects
- Familiarity with Swedish or Nordic construction regulations, HSE requirements, and local technical standards
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification advantageous
