Quality Assurance Manager – Precast Concrete
The Role
Lead quality operations within a fast-paced precast concrete manufacturing plant, ensuring strict compliance, driving improvements, and building a high-performance quality culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality Control team
- Enforce quality standards, audits, and plant certifications
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System
- Analyse defects and implement corrective actions
- Oversee concrete mix designs, materials, and testing
- Ensure calibration of equipment and product traceability
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers
Requirements
Non-Negotiable
Precast or prestressed concrete manufacturing experience is essential
Experience & Qualifications
- QC within precast concrete
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Materials (preferred)
