About The Role
The Quality Assurance Manager will support the Head of Quality Assurance in implementing governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks for our vocational educational provider.
This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This position will be based at our Sydney campus.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage quality assurance and governance processes for VET
Ensure compliance with required RTO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reviews, and senior management.
Assist with preparing ASQA, and other government applications.
Develop and implement reviews and audits as part of the quality assurance cycle.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions on QA standards and best practices.
Serve as Executive Officer and manage action items for internal committees, if required
Prepare reports for senior management and governance committees
Education, Experience, And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (postgraduate qualifications preferred)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance within VET sector
Proven experience in quality assurance and governance in a Registered Training Organisation
A strong understanding of regulatory standards in VET sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office365
