The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company, owner of projects quality management (including EHS) and is responsible of ensuring the achievement of project quality objectives through quality management methods such as quality planning, monitoring and execution, spot check and evaluation, and problem improvement.
Responsibilities
Establish the country/project quality team, set the country/project quality & EHS objectives, and organize efforts to develop the country/project quality assurance solution.
According to the quality assurance solution, organize project teams under the country to implement the quality plan, quality assessment, and problem improvement to ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
Regularly carry out on-site inspection, quality measurement, and evaluation for key and high-risk operation activities, identify quality problems, and manage improvement. Report quality problems and warn risks, and manage accountability for quality integrity and quality violations.
Build a quality culture and climate in the country/project, and practice quality leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
3+ years’ relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge and skills:
Familiar or qualified with ISO9000 / TL9000 QMS, 6sigma, QCC, PDCA quality management concepts and methodology, etc.
