SAP PP/QM
•Typically involves designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
•They work on projects, configure systems, troubleshooting issues, and provide ongoing support to users.
•Key responsibilities include understanding business requirements, configuring master data, managing production processes, and ensuring quality through inspections and notifications.
• Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system
• Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP PP & SAP QM (including documentation) and Batch management
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
• Provide overall maintenance and support
• Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports
and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
• Coordination with the global team on all changes
• In-depth understanding of SAP PP and QM functionality, Integration batch Management and underlying data model (including configuration and master data)
Skills and Qualifications:
SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
Functional Skills: Experience in areas like Production Planning, Forecasting, MRP, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management.
Technical Skills: Understanding of RICEF objects, ABAP, and integration points with other modules.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, incident resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business users and stakeholders.
Knowledge of related modules: Familiarity with SAP SD, MM, WM, and FI modules.
Experience with tools: Experience with Solution Manager and other SAP tools.
