Hiring Alert: Quality Assurance Manager – Remote
One of our Biotech customers is looking to fill three open positions for Quality Assurance Managers in their GxP Computer Systems Quality Assurance unit. This is a remote role, with preference for PST hours (EST candidates welcome). If you have strong Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience and a passion for compliance in a regulated industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Contract Duration:
✔ One position: 6-month contract
✔ Two positions: 12-month contracts
Pay Rate: $55 to $61/hour (W2)

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Mandatory:
Strong Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience
Expertise in Validation & Change Control (Risk-Based Validation/CSA knowledge preferred)
Ability to evaluate documentation/operations per regulatory guidelines
Understanding and application of GMP, GLP, GCP, and GPvP regulations
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Nice to Have:
Experience with Veeva or Safety Systems
Knowledge of industry-wide regulatory systems
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve validation deliverables, SOPs, and system changes
Act as a QA contact for Change Control in Computerized Systems
Support audits, inspections, and supplier evaluations
Serve as an SME for Quality processes (Deviations, CAPA)
Drive process improvements and risk-based validation initiatives
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Education & Experience:
Master’s + 3 years OR Bachelor’s + 5 years in a relevant technical field
Will consider candidates with significant CSV experience in lieu of education
Preferred industries: Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Aerospace
Red Flags:
❌ No Computer Systems Validation experience
❌ No Quality Assurance experience
❌ Frequent unexplained job changes/gaps
