Qualifications/Skills
1.Plans/strategies and defined criteria for the software to be tested.
2.Understand and review functional/nonfunctional requirements to ensure testability and translate these into high quality test cases/scripts.
3.Knowledge or experience for SDLC/Agile methodology
4.Can be created Test Coverage Matrix, Test Case/Test scenario and executed test and measure the quality of released software against predefined criteria.
5.Report test status, any defects and defect resolution to developer/SA/BA/PM/stakeholder.
6.Co-ordinate with stakeholders for various testing activities, e.g., Environment preparation and set-up, Co-ordinate with business user.
7.Experience for functional testing, Integrate testing, E2E testing.
8.lead and provide guidance to a team of testers.
9.Have Telecom Domain Experience and should have experience on transformation projects.
10.Good Understanding of Testing Life Cycle Process.
Responsibility
1.Own all testing deliverables, strategy, planning, and sign-offs across the entire testing life cycle
2.Coordinate Technology and Business teams for all testing phases and ensure smooth collaboration
3.Monitor and update test plans, schedules, and progress, including risk assessments and issue management
4.Lead test meetings and communications (status updates, action items, open issues, prioritization)
5.Ensure correct use of test tools (e.g., TQC) and standardized documentation of test cases and defects
6.Train and guide testers on using test tools and following testing standards
7.Manage defect tracking and resolution, including monitoring fixes and estimated completion dates
8.Drive test phase transitions (APT, SIT, E2E, UAT) ensuring entry/exit criteria and sign-offs are met
9.Coordinate test data preparation and environment readiness across application and interface teams
10.Prepare and review SIT/UAT Test Plans and release-level test activities with all stakeholders
