About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at JASARA PMC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and effective project delivery. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven history of successfully leading large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software is essential. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at JASARA PMC, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
