Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality department and ensure plant quality strategy implementation
Oversee and maintain certifications (ISO 13485, MDSAP, ISO 9001, IFS, BRC)
Act as the main contact for customers and authorities on quality matters (audits, certificates, complaints)
Drive quality performance, ensuring continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations
Develop and mentor the Quality team to meet evolving site needs
Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and oversee product defense management
Requirements
Degree in medical technology, natural sciences, or a related field
Extensive experience in quality management of medical devices and team leadership
Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, 13485, MDSAP, IFS, BRC)
Expertise in quality tools (Audits, Six Sigma, CAPA) and risk management tools (FMEA, decision trees)
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and internal networking skills
Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
