We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager (Guayaquil, Ecuador)
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance processes. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of quality systems and audit management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences, life sciences, engineering, or related field (third-level degree)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Proven experience managing and participating in internal and external audits (regulatory and sponsor audits preferred)
- Experience with CAPA processes, risk analysis, deviation management, and document control
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (minimum C1 level)
