Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system, including policies, procedures, and standards.
Management of audit compliance for GMP, TGA & ISO standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
Coordinate relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and certification bodies to ensure compliance and address quality-related concerns.Â
Manage and support external audits and certifications, ensuring the company meets and exceeds the necessary requirements and maintains certifications.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the company.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all the products we manufacture, including raw materials and packaging.Â
Ensure all employees have training in safety, quality and applicable regulations associated with their role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proven experience in a Quality Manager role of 2+ years in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, such as GMP, TGA & ISO standards.
Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing external certifications.Â
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members to achieve results. Â
Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
