Quality Assurance Manager

Denco Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality initiatives, collaborate across departments, with customers and vendors, and drive our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead development and implementation of quality systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949-based QMS, including training and continuous improvement
Manage internal and third-party audits; train auditors, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate activities for IATF audits and re-certification
Investigate customer concerns, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Oversee lab operations and quality personnel
Coordinate capability studies and SPC activities
Work with engineering and shop floor teams on current products and new launches
Prepare PPAP documentation and monitor performance metrics
What You Offer:
Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG requirements
Understanding of casting and forging
Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
Experience in internal auditing and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools
Expertise in PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans
