We are seeking a high-caliber, decisive leader to spearhead our Quality Assurance department. The ideal candidate must possess a strong "command presence," capable of making firm decisions under pressure and commanding respect across all levels of the manufacturing process. We value diverse professional backgrounds and are looking for someone who has proven their adaptability across different organizational cultures.

ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Strategic Oversight: Define and enforce QA strategies and rigorous standards for product inspection and control across the Assembly and Spring plants.
  • End-to-End Quality Management: Oversee the entire inspection system for raw materials, parts, production processes, and precision measuring tools.
  • Crisis & Claim Management: Take full ownership of customer quality claims; develop immediate corrective measures and long-term preventive systems to ensure zero recurrence.
  • System Integrity: Plan and control the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continuous international certification and compliance.
  • Cross-functional Command: Coordinate decisively with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and R&D to resolve quality bottlenecks and technical disputes.
  • Financial & Talent Management: Manage the annual departmental budget and aggressively develop the capabilities of subordinates to meet world-class standards.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Work Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance specifically within the Automotive Industry.
  • Direct experience managing the entire quality spectrum: Incoming, In-Process, and Customer Claims.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Career Trajectory: We prefer candidates who have gained experience in multiple organizations (not a "single-company" career path) to ensure a broad perspective on QA best practices.
  • Character: Strong leadership personality. You must be assertive, highly decisive, and authoritative. You should be someone who can stand firm on quality standards and maintain strict discipline within the plant.

  • Deep technical knowledge of automotive raw materials, parts, and complex production processes.
  • Expertise in systematic thinking and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in international quality standards (ISO/IATF 16949).
