Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Clinton Township, MI. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance, conducting regular inspections and audits, developing and implementing quality management systems, and ensuring all products meet the required standards. The role also involves leading a team of quality control inspectors, training staff on quality protocols, and working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. This role will be responsible for collaborating with customers to figure out specific needs for jobs and ensuring our processes adhere to those requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Assurance
Experience with developing and implementing Quality Management Systems
Proficiency in conducting inspections and audits
Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings to the most detailed level.
Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work on-site in Clinton Township, MI
Experience in the defense or manufacturing industry preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
