We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across projects and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards, improving quality processes, and driving a culture of excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Lead all QA/QC activities, ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations.
- Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and inspection plans.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Identify quality risks, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor quality KPIs and produce reports for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop QA/QC teams to ensure high performance and capability growth.
- Ensure documentation and reporting standards are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Senior Quality Lead within relevant industries.
- Strong track record of leading quality teams and delivering complex projects to high standards.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and inspection processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Senior Quality Lead within relevant industries.

Preferred Skills
- Background in construction, engineering, data centres, manufacturing, or EPC/EPCM environments.
- Experience with commissioning and handover processes.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Certification in quality management (e.g. CQI, IRCA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is advantageous.
