We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across projects and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards, improving quality processes, and driving a culture of excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
  • Lead all QA/QC activities, ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations.
  • Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and inspection plans.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Identify quality risks, non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and produce reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop QA/QC teams to ensure high performance and capability growth.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting standards are consistently maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Senior Quality Lead within relevant industries.
  • Strong track record of leading quality teams and delivering complex projects to high standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Experience managing audits, compliance, and inspection processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Senior Quality Lead within relevant industries.
  • Strong track record of leading quality teams and delivering complex projects to high standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Experience managing audits, compliance, and inspection processes.

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in construction, engineering, data centres, manufacturing, or EPC/EPCM environments.
  • Experience with commissioning and handover processes.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g. CQI, IRCA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is advantageous.
