Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation and adherence to quality management systems, policies, and standards across production processes. This role focuses on developing and maintaining systems to prevent quality issues, ensuring compliance with required specifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan to ensure all production and operational processes meet organizational and industry standards.
Define quality objectives, policies, and procedures, and communicate them across departments.
Ensure all products, raw materials, and processes comply with established specifications and regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits to evaluate adherence to quality management systems.
Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality.
Lead root cause analyses and corrective action processes to address recurring issues or non-conformities.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality assurance.
Compile and analyze reports on quality performance, trends, and deviations to provide actionable insights.
Conduct training sessions for employees on quality assurance systems, tools, and best practices.
Act as a consultant for departments on quality-related matters to foster a culture of quality excellence.
Work with stakeholders to establish quality standards for new models, prototypes, and processes.
Participate in design reviews and process validation to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
Ensure the BEM system and other relevant quality frameworks are effectively implemented and updated as needed.
Lead the documentation and review of all QA policies and procedures for continuous alignment with best practices.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related area.
Expertise in quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and a culture of quality.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Residing in Germany is a requirement.
Excellent proficiency in Both German and English language.
